Delivery and return

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

You receive your order between 48h and 72h depending on the chosen method of payment. If you choose credit card or Paypal payment methods, your order will be processed directly. If you choose the Bank Transfer or Cheque mode, your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are received.

However, if the product ordered is no longer in stock or if it is an “on request” product, we will contact you to let you know the new delivery times.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are free from 175€ excluding tax.

If your shopping basket totals an amount between 0€ and 100€ ex-tax, you will be charged 10€ ex-tax delivery charges.

If the amount of your shopping basket is between 100€ and 175€ ex-tax, you will be charged 20€ ex-tax delivery charges.

How do I track my order?
If you are a professional (France)

Your order is delivered by DPD. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is validated and shipped.

If you are a private individual (France)

Your order is delivered by Colissimo. You receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is validated and shipped

I have a problem with my order

If you encounter a problem with your order you can write to us at contact@aquavitex.com or contact us by phone at 02 85 52 42 23 (Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm French time).

You can also find your orders in the space “My Account”.

I want to return one or more products

If you are a private individual you have 30 days to return your product from the date of delivery to the following address:

Aquavitex – 16 Rue de l’Artisanat – 44450 Saint Julien de Concelles, FRANCE

Returned products must not have been worn or used.
